Manager for multi-site, long term Fossil Fuel Power Plant Clean Air Compliance program for
single client and program Alliance coordination. Program consists of ten sites with multiple units
slated for compliance within the next 10 years. Total estimated program value is $816M.
Responsible for Alliance coordination and management of Project Control staff, acting as
Alliance Lead and Master Scheduler for client for the following deliverables:
Logic-backed and resource-loaded Primavera P3 project schedule with comparable baseline
capabilities.
Productivity, earned value and forecasting reports
Scope estimates, budget development, forecasting, and analysis using a variety of priority
software programs, Access and Excel.

Responsible for gathering and progressing project schedule using a variety of methods/theories,
Primavera Post Office, and direct interaction with project team. Schedule progress recorded and
analyzed using a variety of methods, comparisons, and proprietary programs.
Responsible for all cost-related functions including scope estimates, budget development,
forecasting, and analysis using a variety of priority software programs, Access and Excel. Also
responsible for issuing and collecting client milestone invoices.
